Having a flat, even surface to project
on to with the correct black masking around the picture
plays a large part in recreating the best quality images.
Although fixed screens are available, the use of a
motorised screen allows for a much more elegant installation,
where all the components are hidden from view when not
in use. Motorising the screen from the ceiling, the
floor or a piece of furniture also means that the delicate
screen surface is protected when not in use.
Screens come in a huge variety of options, with prices
to match, however one option that we often recommend
is the use of a perforated screen surface. This ensures
that when the screen is dropped into place, the front
three speakers can be located in their perfect locations
behind the screen so that the very best sound quality
can be maintained.
